Return Policy:
All returns must be accompanied by authorization number issued by our customer service department. Returns for merchandise credit or replacement must be within 14 days of purchase. (Shipping charges are non refundable) All sales are final unless the product is a manufacturers defect, which must be sent for repair or replacement. Stereofantasy.com reserves the right to withhold a fifteen percent restocking fee for shipping and handling charges. All returns must accompany original parts, box and documentation as well as Stereofantasy.com invoice. For your protection and insurance, no product may be cosmetically or physically abused. Any missing parts such as wires, harnesses and remote control etc. are subject to a deduction of the price accordingly. No burnt, damaged, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped, damaged frames, spiders, or backplates etc. We highly suggest you have your installation done by a professional.
Special Orders:
We do not stock special orders. Special orders are non refundable unless defective and will be covered by warranty exchange. Once a special order has been made and shipped it may not be cancelled. Any cancellation or changes is subject to fifteen percent restocking as well as shipping and handling charges. If in any case a special order is manufacturerly defective, you must follow instruction and get the authorization number from Stereofantasy.com. If you change your mind about any order in general you must contact us before the order goes out. Once it has been shipped to you, you may refuse to accept the package however, you will be responsible for shipping and fifteen percent handling charges.
Product Availability:
We have a warehouse full of products. Most items you see in this catalogue are stocked in our warehouse on a regular basis. This highly assures that most of the products you order are in stock (as long as the supply lasts) and will be shipped to you promptly.
Pricing:
If you are interested in a product that you do not see listed in our catalogue, contact us through our customer service number or email address and we will do our best to accommodate you. Some products may be available at lower prices while supply lasts and some may not. Please do not hesitate to contact us through our customer service number and/or email address. We have a warehouse with access to almost all products. This allows our customers to take advantage of the lowest prices possible. With no exceptions, shipping charges are non refundable. All shipping must go to your credit and billing address or alternate addresses filed with your credit card company. For your protection, we require the post master to obtain a signature at all times of delivery. We offer you genuine brand name products at less then manufacturers suggested retail price. Due to our discount pricing, we are not authorized dealers as described by the manufacturers.
Limited One Year Warranty:
Stereofantasy.com warrants all products for one year from the date of shipping. Within the first fourteen days, we exchange the defective product as long as we have it in stock. After fourteen days, the defects may be returned for repair. Either way, our customers are well taken care of. This warranty covers only and only manufacturers defects. Any improper installation and misuse is not covered by this warranty. For this reason, we highly recommend that only professionals are in care of your car. Any return must be inspected and approved by Stereofantasy.com for any misuse and excessive wear and tear. Physical abuse, accidents, loss, water damage, and theft are not covered under this warranty. Our warranty is only for USA and it may vary from state to state.
